Free Worldwide Delivery

Every Pearloc International order ships with complimentary worldwide delivery — no minimum order value, no exceptions. Whether you're in New York, London, Singapore, or Dubai, your order arrives at no additional shipping cost to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods, sale events, or new collection launches, processing may extend to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Pearloc International has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order.

Packaging

Every Pearloc order is prepared with care and dispatched in premium branded packaging befitting the quality of our garments. Packaging is designed to protect your purchase during transit while delivering the unboxing experience you deserve.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or if your tracked parcel has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with:
