Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us.

All sales made through int.pearloc.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully — including size, colour, and quantity — before completing your purchase.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assess such cases on an individual basis.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility. Pearloc International has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering.
